What are the payment options?
They are: Visa/Mastercard, Paypal, Google Checkout, Email Money Transfer, Money Order, COD, etc. Just choose the payment option available upon checkout, you will be provided detailed payment instructions.
When will you ship my order?
We ship every business day upon receiving the payment. As soon as your order is shipped, we will let you know the package tracking number if available.
How much does the shipping cost?
Just put what you need in the shopping cart; and you will find the "Shipping Estimate" button in the Page of "Shopping Cart".
What's the shipping time?
Your order will be shipped through Canada Post or USPS; the shipping time estimate is: 2 - 6 Business days within United States and Canada and 1 - 2 Weeks to the rest of world.
What's your warranty/return policy?
All products are brand new and original from the manufacturer. Each product comes with one year warranty against any defect unless otherwise noted. Your satisfaction is important to us: for all non-electronic products, within 21 days of the invoice date, return for refund is accepted. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. There will be NO RESTOCKING FEE if still in its original package and condition, otherwise 15% restocking fee applies. After 21 days, all sales are non-returnable.
However, due to the products' legal nature, FTA receiver/adapter products are non-returnable. The manufacturer will directly handle the warranty. We sell only genuine Free To Air satellite receivers, which are designed and intended for free to air TV only. We do not provide or condone the use of illegal third party software.
